One question always puts me in a traumatizing place in my life: why are some people highly successful while the majority struggle?
The majority of people compromise with the answer luck," but they don’t try to dig into this reality!
After reading more than 1000 books in my life, I have seen some unique value in these people, which automatically makes them different and achievers.
Despite having way more responsibility than anyone else, top performers in the business world often find time to step away from their busy work, slow down, and invest in activities that have a long-term payoff in greater knowledge, creativity, and energy.
I am speaking about "Time Compounding" because, like compound interest, a small investment now can pay large returns over time.
But it has to be on our minds!
In our current Indian education system, we only believe in school or college education. After that, people stop investing in themselves. They believe their academic education will pay them their entire lives and make them successful, which is a totally wrong belief.
Warren Buffett, for example, said that he has invested 80% of his career in reading books and learning, which feeds his mind and makes him a genius businessman in the world.
Perhaps the source of Buffett’s true wealth is not just the compounding of his money but also the compounding of the time he spent acquiring knowledge, which has allowed him to make better decisions.
Therefore "Time Compounding" always wins "Money Compounding".
Personally, I have invested 10 lakhs of my Money in Time Compounding because I realized its importance very early in my career.
Not only that, I spend 50% of my time learning and thinking about Creative ideas and Communication every day.
And I see people not realizing its importance, even though the evidence is all around us, with people like Warren Buffet proving it.
