Nowadays I am reading a book“14 Winning principles by Steve Anderson”. Which is based on the success of Amazon and his founder Jeff Bezos.
In this book one thing touched me a lot is that in the early years of Amazon in 1997 he wrote a letter to his shareholders and told them we will everyday work as a first day in company. And he has been mentioning the same in every letter till now. He has created a kind of culture in the company that everyday is a 1st of them and the entire unit of amazone work and behaves like that.
And what is the result? “Amazon is the No.1 e-commerce company in the world and Bezos is one of the richest men in the world.
People think that I work hard to figure out the solutions I have created right now for Speaking English learners.
But, in reality, it’s the complete opposite.
I am always finding the way to share something new. As I believe whatever I follow my students will automatically try to apply to them. I want them to be fresh and updated.
Every day they should understand there are a lot of more things and work to be done.
